Agreement

By using Sifrsys, you agree to these terms. If you're using Sifrsys on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account security
• Use a strong, unique password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per person; no sharing credentials

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or malware
• Attempt to breach our security
• Reverse engineer our software
• Use the service to harm others
• Resell access without authorization

Your content

You own your documents. We don't claim any rights to your content. You grant us only the permissions needed to provide the service (storing, displaying, processing for AI features you enable).

Service availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Critical security updates may be applied immediately.

Billing

• Free trials don't require payment info
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Limitation of liability

Sifrsys is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
