Sifrsys investor view of a fictional company's Series A room. Left: the Operating Model June 2026 spreadsheet, Unit Economics sheet. Right: the investor asks whether the 12-month CAC payback is before or after gross margin; the answer says the 12-month figure uses revenue and that an 80% gross margin gives 15 months of gross-margin-adjusted payback, with citation 1 open on Unit Economics cells A8 to C16 and a View in Document link.

Help me build our Series A investment story and investor data room in Sifrsys (https://sifrsys.com).

Work from the files I select. First inventory the source files and their dates. Ask me which versions and planning scenarios to use. Ask me what is missing before filling gaps.

Connect the problem, product, customer evidence, team and economics. Research the market with dated, attributable sources; separate researched facts from assumptions and estimates. Explain the market-sizing method. Do not invent traction, customers, financial results or legal terms.

Use the team slides for the team narrative. Use the selected operating model for unit economics and use of funds. Keep metric definitions, dates, cohorts and scenario assumptions visible. Distinguish the total option pool from unallocated capacity. Keep proposed terms separate from completed financing.

Create a concise investment narrative, document index and a list of likely investor questions. Identify the files, pages or cells supporting material claims where available. Flag contradictions and missing evidence instead of silently resolving them.

Give me the draft and source list to review. Once I approve them, use the connected Sifrsys tools to create or use the data room I choose, add the approved materials, and organize them into clear folders. If you cannot upload a file, give me the room's upload page and wait while I upload it.

Ask who should have access and whether they may download. Confirm the recipients and permissions with me, then follow Sifrsys's approval and sending steps for invitations. Once the documents are processed, test a question about unit economics, the cap table or the option pool with Sifrsys's room AI and show me its source citations.

If Sifrsys is not connected, help me connect it using the relevant guide: https://sifrsys.com/guides/data-room-with-claude or https://sifrsys.com/guides/data-room-with-chatgpt. We can draft the materials first.

The story is already in your files. Product specs. Team slides. The model. My brief to Claude: build our Series A story. Connect the problem, the product, and the economics. Flag assumptions. Ask what's missing. I review it, then share through our Sifrsys data room. An investor asks: does payback include gross margin? She opens the source calculation. Now we're discussing the assumptions behind the story. Make room for what's next.

  1. In Claude or ChatGPT

    Brief your assistant

Attach your product specs, team slides and operating model, then paste the brief. It lists your sources and their dates, and asks which versions to use and what is missing before it drafts.

  2. You

    Check every claim

Review the draft against its source list. The brief has the assistant flag contradictions and missing evidence instead of resolving them quietly.

  3. In Sifrsys

    Share the reviewed files

Put the approved documents in a Sifrsys data room and choose who can see them and whether they can download.

  4. In Sifrsys

    Let investors open the source

Investors ask the room questions. Answers cite the source file, with page or cell references where available, and investors can open the source to check it.

Want your assistant to set up the room too? Follow the guide for Claude or ChatGPT.

Before you start.

Are the screenshots a live AI session?

No. They show the Sifrsys interface with illustrative files and prepared sample answers, so you can see how a citation opens its source. The live demo uses a different fictional company and its own documents.

What does the free room include?

The free plan gives you one room with 50 documents and 100 MB, share links with page analytics, and AI answers that cite their source. No credit card is required, and the free plan has no time limit. Paid plans add watermarking, NDA gating and permission groups.

Does Sifrsys write my investment materials?

No. Sifrsys is the data room where your documents live and where investors ask questions about them. If you want help drafting, the optional brief is a prompt you use in Claude or ChatGPT with files you choose. You check the claims and decide what to share.

What can investors see when they ask the room a question?

Only what they have been given access to. Answers draw on those documents and cite the source file, with page or cell references where available. Investors can open the source to check the figure themselves.

Does a cited answer mean the number is right?

No. A citation shows where an answer came from, so the reader can open the page or cells and judge the figure in context. The judgment stays with you and your investors.

Do I need to connect Claude or ChatGPT to Sifrsys?

No. You can create the room and upload files yourself. If you want your assistant to create the room and organize documents for you, connect it with the Claude or ChatGPT guide. Invitations and permission changes it proposes wait for your approval in Sifrsys.

Make room for what’s next.
