Sifrsys AI runs at the other end of the process, when a bidder asks why gross margin moved in Q3 and someone has to answer today. Based on publicly available information, Ansarada is part of the Datasite group. Datasite announced its acquisition of Firmex on 26 July 2021 and that announcement is still published on the Firmex site. A shortlist of Ansarada, Firmex, and Datasite looks like three vendors and negotiates like one.
Sifrsys is independent, publishes its plans on the pricing page, and commits to 90 days notice before any price change. The free Starter tier has no expiry date and the 14-day full trial takes no credit card, so the evaluation costs nothing and does not start a clock.
Switching
Ansarada's own model creates the window. While you are still in the free preparation phase you have paid nothing and can move the index anywhere. Export the folder tree and originals, upload them, and the parser indexes PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX on arrival. Rebuild the permission map, then invite participants by magic link with no account to create. Once the transaction is live, do not move. Finish the deal and evaluate for the next one. For the first ten paying companies Sifrsys handles the migration and permission mapping at no charge.
