SecureDocs Alternative
SecureDocs publishes $250 per month on an annual plan with unlimited users, unlimited documents, and SOC 2 Type 2. Sifrsys Teams is $399 and holds no certification. Those are the two facts that matter most, so they go first. The rest of this page is the narrow case for paying more.
Where the cost actually sits
Both products stand a room up in an afternoon. SecureDocs advertises setup in about ten minutes and no wait for sales, which is a fair description of what a good data room should feel like. The room is not where a deal loses time.
Over six months the price gap between these two products is under a thousand dollars. One analyst week is worth more than that. So the honest question is not which room is cheaper, it is whether anything in the more expensive one removes analyst weeks. If the answer is no for your deal, the cheaper room is the correct purchase and you should stop reading here.
Sifrsys vs SecureDocs
SecureDocs rows read from its product page on 4 August 2026. It is one of the few in this category that publishes real numbers, which makes this the most checkable comparison in the set.
| Criterion | SecureDocs | Sifrsys |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | $250/mo on 12 months, $400/mo on 3 months | $0 / $399 / $999 / custom |
| Pricing model | Flat rate, unlimited users and documents | Flat monthly plan, no per-page fee |
| Certification | SOC 2 Type 2 stated | None held |
| Free trial | 14 days | 14 days, no credit card, plus a free tier |
| Setup time | About 10 minutes, no sales call | Sign up and upload |
| AI document Q&A | Not published | Every plan, free tier included |
| Answer citations | Not published | Exact page, or Revenue!B14:F34 |
| AI permission enforcement | Not published | Inside the SQL query |
| Watermark placement | Not detailed on the product page | Composited into the page bitmap |
| Measured spreadsheet fidelity | Not published | 100% on five dimensions, 99.7% fills against a 99.3% floor |
| Charts and pivot tables | Not published | Not rendered yet |
Every one of these is produced by the Sifrsys codebase and checkable by a buyer during a trial. They are the reason the number on our pricing page is higher, and if they do not matter to your process then the number on ours is simply worse.
The honest part
Pricing model
SecureDocs and Sifrsys share a model that the rest of this category avoids: a flat published rate with no per-page fee and no quote form. SecureDocs prices at $250 per month on a 12-month commitment and $400 per month on a 3-month commitment, with volume packages by arrangement. Sifrsys publishes free Starter, Teams at $399 per month, Pro at $999, and custom Enterprise on the pricing page, plus 90 days notice before any change.
It is worth seeing that contrast against the rest of the market. Datasite quotes per transaction, iDeals quotes by storage tier, and Intralinks publishes nothing at all. Two vendors here will tell you the price before you talk to anyone. If that is the property you were shopping for, you have already narrowed the field to two.
Switching
Both offer a 14-day trial and Sifrsys does not ask for a card, so the comparison costs nothing but time. Load the same folder into each. Upload your real financial model, not a sample. Then ask a question a buyer would ask and see whether either product hands back an answer with a cell range attached. If the cheaper room answers your needs, the trial has saved you $149 a month. That is a good outcome and it is the one this page expects for most small deals.

Run the test yourself
Upload your real model, ask it the question your buyer will ask, and click the citation. If the cell range does not change how your diligence runs, buy the cheaper room with our blessing. The Trust Center states the security posture, including the certification Sifrsys does not hold.
