DocSend vs Papermark
Both products grew out of the same job: send a document by link, gate it, and see page by page what each person read. Both now sell data rooms on top of that. This page compares them on the facts each vendor publishes, read on 5 October 2026, and says where each is the better pick. Sifrsys sits in the third column, not highlighted, because it is a different kind of product and this page is not about it.

How they differ
The analytics are the common ground. DocSend's help centre describes page-by-page insights in its data rooms, and Papermark's pricing page says every plan includes page-by-page analytics. If that report is the reason you are shopping, either will do, and the choice comes down to the rows below.
The commercial models differ more than the features. DocSend's Advanced Data Rooms plan includes 3 licenses and caps a team at 4,000 assets across its Spaces. Papermark's Data Rooms plan includes 3 team members, unlimited rooms and unlimited storage. Papermark publishes its whole ladder in a Markdown file written for agents; DocSend points to its pricing page, which refused our reader on 5 October 2026, so no DocSend price appears here. That is our gap, not a DocSend omission, and you should read the page yourself.
Watermarking is where the documentation differs most. DocSend says only PDFs, Keynote, PowerPoint and Word files can be watermarked and that adding a watermark converts the document to PDF. Papermark describes per-viewer watermarks rendered over each page at view time, on its Data Rooms plans, from €149 a month (€99 billed annually). Neither publishes how it displays a spreadsheet.
For the audit trail, DocSend lists audit logs on Advanced Data Rooms and Papermark lists its audit log from Data Rooms Plus, at €349 a month. Papermark also publishes an AI chat over the room with page citations; DocSend's Spaces documentation does not mention one.

Which to pick
Where Sifrsys fits
Sifrsys is built for the stage after the deck: several buyers in one room, each answered by an AI that only reads what that buyer may open, with the financial model kept as a spreadsheet and cited to the cell. Its audit log and AI are on every plan, Free included, and its NDA is accepted once per buyer group rather than signed by each visitor. If either of these two is doing its job for you today, keep it, and read the Papermark or DocSend comparison for the point where that changes.
